International Music Camp at Hobart and William Smith Colleges (HWS) offers a comprehensive music education experience for middle school and high school students. Our esteemed music educators and world-class artists are passionate about nurturing young talent and fostering a love of music.

A Diverse Curriculum for Every Level

From group classes and practice sessions to ensemble participation on a grand stage, our summer camp curriculum caters to musicians of all middle and high school ages and abilities. A Week of Musical Growth and Fun

At International Music Camp, your child will enjoy playing music for three hours per day, along with a music theory class. Our 6-hour summer camp-style environment includes outdoor play, electives, movie time, and healthy snacks.

Expect exceptional musical improvement

within a week of camp, and enjoy a showcase concert at the end of the camp to celebrate your child’s achievements. Campers leave with a stronger love and understanding of music, new friends, and a sense of accomplishment.

Youth Music Camp: A Perfect Introduction

Our Youth Music Camp is designed for young and beginning musicians of all levels. Campers participate in a variety of classes, individual lessons, chorus, band or orchestra, and a musical. We encourage at least a full year of instrument experience for band or orchestra.

Our music camp offers an incredible selection of experiences, including performance, instrument learning, songwriting, singing, music production, sound engineering, and music business. Our camp culminates in a musical showcase performed by the campers at the grand Smith Opera House in Geneva NY.
